Studio Project - Carpenters Bench

Again I cheated and 3D printed the main body of the bench although it could just as easily have been made using wooden lolly sticks. I did cover the bench part with lolly sticks to simulate boards and then distressed them with brown and black shoe polish. I also used a craft knife to make it look scratched and worn and then added a few splashes of paint for good measure.

The sanding machine is also 3D printed then painted and the sanding belt is a torn off piece of emery board. The screwdriver is tibetan jewellery finding with the loop removed and painted with nail polish. The vice is another £d model.
